NAV - update/business strategy of LEM Invest

The shares retook again and our NAV rose to 0.68 driven mainly by the WSE but also because of earnings from our consultancy work.

Some further information about our business strategy:

As LEM Invest we are committed to sustainable development. However, that doesn't mean that we would only in vest into so called "green" business like alternative energy or recycling technologies etc. Such business is not always profitable and often operates in markets which are volatil because of regulations of the state. Our first preoppucation as investment company is to generate profits to our shareholders but with respect to sustainable development.

We understand sustainable development as it is defined by the UN
development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.

Logically we will mainly invest in companies whose business strategy reflect such a development.

LEM EQS Inc. is delivering environmental certificates to companies after they went through a rigorous auditing procedure- The certificate proves that they have a sustainable business strategy . LEM EQS is a subsidiary of LEM Invest but operates independently. LEM Invest is actually in the auditing phase. We hope to get the EQS-certificate soon. We then would be the first company in SL with a EQS certificate.

LEM Invest is sponsoring LEM Foundation which is financing environmental projects. We will suggest to LEM Foundation to use part of the fund to financially support the certification procedure.
